We set Lead Saver up to follow US texting rules: business texting registration (A2P 10DLC), messages sent only to people who contacted you or did business with you, and opt-out (STOP) handling. Review requests never offer incentives. This isn't legal advice; check anything specific to your industry with your advisor.

Can I change the message?

Yes. We write the messages with you in your business's voice, and you can change them whenever you like.

What about clinics and patient privacy?
